Effects that help to build muscle and strenghten joints and bones. Due to its mild nature and high selectivity, it is suitable for women. For men, it nearly does not suppress endogenous testosterone production. In addition, it’s side effects have appeared none or minimal, comparable to that of placebo. In the many clinical studies, 3 mg dose has yielded positive results without suppression of endogenous male sex hormone. Thus that dose appears the most reasonable dose. It is classified as a doping substance. However, ostarine lowered level of total testosterone and LDL (“good cholesterol”). Ostarine lowered the levels of the luteinizing hormone, globulin, in women. In addition, ostarine lowered blood glucose and insulin. And increased insulin sensitivity. Ostarine does not belong into the group of the drugs. MK866 may be hazardous with or at high risk of hepatic impairment.
