Ligandrol is similar to synthetic analogues of male sex hormone, yet is still somewhat milder and without comparable likelihood of danger associated with liver toxicity, and it does not cause elevated levels of female sex hormone. Cycling must be used because it significantly suppresses endogenous testosterone production due to its potent androgenic effect. Yet, it does not transform into substances with female sex hormone activity that has been a problem with the classical agents that have been used and abused to build muscle. In a clinical study, 1 mg dose has yielded positive results. It is considered as a doping substance and as such, it is sometimes used in up to 10 mg doses that have not been experimented with in clinical studies. Ligandrol:
- Clearly increases muscle mass and strength
- Has male sex hormone-like traits
- Reduces fat mass
